Graziano is the founder of FC360© with the vision of supporting athletes’ development, prioritizing an individual approach by enhancing MENTAL STRENGHT, technical & tactical knowledges although respecting team dynamics.
“I have decided to create FC360© having realized (through my coaching experiences) how much the athlete’s MENTAL DEVELOPMENT is often ignored or neglected by coaches and parents, mainly due to insufficient resources/time/knowledge about it”
Graziano spent all his career in Learning & Development and constant seeking to expand his knowledge in the field he loves; currently undergoing professional qualification to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) focus on Performances and working towards UEFA B qualification.
Currently coaching Pre-Academy at a professional football club CHARLTON ATHLETIC FC and Elite grassroot club Dynamo Youth FC
